General Terms and Conditions – Villa Lalen Luxury Residence

1. Reservations
All reservations must be confirmed by payment of the deposit or full amount, depending on the chosen rate. The reservation is considered valid only after payment has been received.

2. Rates and Payments

Standard Rate: 30% deposit at the time of booking confirmation; balance due no later than 7 days before arrival. Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment required within 48 hours of confirmation. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

3. Security Deposit and Tourist Tax
A security deposit of €200 is required upon check-in, refundable at departure, subject to any damages to the property.
The tourist tax of €4.00 per person per night will also be collected.

4. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies depend on the chosen rate. Any modifications are subject to availability.

5. No-Show and Late Arrival
In case of no-show or late arrival without notice, the property reserves the right to charge the full stay.

6. Property Liability
Villa Lalen Luxury Residence is not responsible for damage or loss of guests’ personal belongings. Guests are required to follow the property rules.
